At London GRP Roofing Ltd, we specialise in high-performance GRP fibreglass and liquid-applied waterproofing systems for residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout London, Kent and the South East.

We work with leading manufacturers, including Polyroof and Restec, installing advanced waterproofing systems designed to deliver exceptional durability, weather resistance and long-term protection.

Our expertise covers new warm roof installations, flat roof replacements, refurbishment overlays, balconies, roof terraces and complex waterproofing details.

We understand that choosing the correct waterproofing system involves more than selecting a roofing product. The system must be suitable for the building, its construction and the technical requirements of the project.

Where specified, we install roofing systems with recognised independent testing and certification, including:

• BBA Certification – independently assessed roofing systems with documented performance and durability.
• FM Approval – approved roofing assemblies designed to meet demanding commercial and industrial property protection standards.
• BROOF(t4) Classification – tested roof constructions demonstrating the required external fire performance.

These certifications apply to specific systems and roof build-ups, ensuring that the appropriate specification is selected for each project.

We believe our clients should have confidence in both the waterproofing materials and the quality of their installation.

Our qualifying roofing systems are available with manufacturer material guarantees of 20 years or more, subject to the relevant manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Eligible Polyroof installations can also benefit from the Polyroof Single Point Guarantee, providing additional reassurance through the manufacturer's guarantee scheme.

We can also offer our own workmanship guarantees and eligible HomePro insurance-backed protection, where applicable.

No two roofing projects are exactly alike. Before recommending a waterproofing system, we consider the condition of the existing roof, substrate suitability, insulation requirements, drainage, detailing and intended use.

Whether we're installing a new insulated warm roof or refurbishing an existing commercial roof, our approach remains the same: careful assessment, correct specification and professional installation in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.

As members of the Liquid Roofing and Waterproofing Association (LRWA), we're committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship and specialist waterproofing knowledge.
