GUARANTEE

At London GRP Roofing Ltd, we believe that a professionally installed roof should be backed by a guarantee you can trust.

As specialist GRP and liquid waterproofing contractors, we work with leading manufacturers, including Polyroof and Restec, offering high-performance roofing systems supported by long-term guarantees of up to 25 years on qualifying installations.

Our commitment extends beyond the installation itself. We aim to provide our customers with lasting confidence in the materials we use, the quality of our workmanship and the protection available after completion.

For qualifying installations, we can offer the Polyroof Single Point Guarantee, providing manufacturer-backed protection covering both labour and materials.

Unlike traditional manufacturer guarantees that cover materials alone, the Polyroof Single Point Guarantee covers qualifying defects involving both the waterproofing materials and their installation.

With guarantee periods of up to 25 years, this provides additional reassurance for homeowners, commercial property owners and managing agents.

All guarantees are subject to the relevant Polyroof system specification, eligibility requirements and guarantee terms.

We install specialist waterproofing systems from established manufacturers, including Polyroof and Restec, supported by long-term material guarantees.

These provide protection against qualifying defects in the waterproofing products themselves, with the duration and level of cover determined by the system installed.

We ensure our customers understand the guarantees applicable to their roofing project and the protection provided.

At London GRP Roofing, we take pride in our workmanship and stand behind the quality of our installations.

We offer a 20-year workmanship guarantee on qualifying roofing projects, covering defects arising from our installation workmanship in accordance with our written guarantee terms.

Our commitment to correct preparation, detailing and manufacturer installation requirements helps ensure that every roof is installed for long-term performance.

For additional peace of mind, qualifying installations can also benefit from independent insurance-backed guarantee protection.

These policies are designed to protect customers against eligible workmanship guarantee claims should London GRP Roofing cease trading under circumstances covered by the insurer.

Insurance-backed guarantees provide an additional layer of protection, separate from our own workmanship guarantee and any applicable manufacturer warranties.

The duration, extent of cover and applicable exclusions are confirmed in the individual insurance documentation.

As proud members of the Liquid Roofing and Waterproofing Association (LRWA), we are committed to maintaining high standards of technical knowledge, workmanship and professional installation.

We believe that choosing the correct roofing system is just as important as the guarantee supporting it. Every project is individually assessed to ensure the proposed waterproofing solution is appropriate for the building and its requirements.

Whether we're installing a domestic flat roof or undertaking a complex commercial waterproofing project, our approach remains the same:

Quality materials. Professional workmanship. Long-term protection.
